Pulled it as espresso and the Ethiopian beans really come through with a bright, fruity edge that the Colombian side balances out. Washed process keeps it clean without tasting thin. Two weeks in and it's still my morning go-to.

Opened the bag and the dry aroma alone told me this was going to be good—that washed process really lets the Ethiopian and Colombian origins shine through cleanly. Ground some for a pour-over and it brewed up sweet and balanced, no bitterness even as it cooled. This is my new daily driver for sure.
