Fairlane 綜合咖啡

That first sip honestly caught me off guard, in the best way. I've been brewing it in a pour-over every morning and it's got this depth that lingers without turning bitter. The 12 oz bag didn't last two weeks in my house.

I bought this as a weekend treat and the flavor is genuinely layered—bright up front, then a deep chocolate finish that lingers. It's become the cup I actually slow down for instead of just drinking on autopilot.

I brewed my first cup expecting something odd, and it turns out the strange description is spot on — this is the kind of coffee that makes you stop mid-sip. It's a space-beyond-the-normal-range cup, and I've already gone through half the bag.
