Brewed it as a pour-over this morning and got a really clean cup, mild sweetness with just a hint of cocoa. The blend holds up nicely whether I do filter or espresso, which is rare for a traditional profile like this. Already halfway through the bag.

This is my new go-to for pour-over mornings. The washed Colombian beans give it a clean, crisp cup that’s bright without being acidic, and it holds up beautifully whether I brew it as a filter or pull a quick shot.

Brewed this as a pour-over this morning and the cup was incredibly clean and sweet, exactly what I hoped for from a traditional washed profile. It pulled a gorgeous espresso shot too, so having one bag that handles both methods without fuss is a real win.
