Brewed this as my morning filter for two weeks straight and it hasn't gotten old once. It's smooth enough to drink black, which I wasn't expecting from something billed as a house blend.

The balance in this blend is exactly what I look for in a daily filter coffee—smooth enough for a long morning mug but with enough depth to keep it interesting. I've brewed it both as a pour-over and in my drip machine, and it holds up wonderfully either way.

Pulled it as a filter brew in my French press and the balance is spot on — smooth enough for a morning cup but with enough depth to hold its own black. It’s become my go-to for the week.
