The tasting notes unfold beautifully as it cools, and the body stays silky from the first sip to the last. I brewed it as a pour-over and got a clean, sweet cup that lasted through three refills without turning bitter. This is easily the most memorable bag from Boquete I've had this year.

The first sip genuinely stopped me mid-morning—the sweet, layered acidity from that Boquete Valley terroir is something I've never tasted in a bag of beans before. I brewed it as a pour-over and the cup was so clean and complex that I've already ordered another batch.

The tasting notes unfold like a story—bright, floral, and surprisingly sweet from the very first sip. Knowing these beans come straight from Boquete Valley and Volcan farms makes every cup feel like a little trip to Panama, and the freshness is unmistakable.
