巴拿馬 Finca Deborah Nirvana Gesha

The strawberry note on this Gesha is unreal — I brewed it as a pour-over and got that bright tartness right up front, with the rose showing up as it cooled. Anaerobic naturals can get funky, but this one stays clean and floral the whole way down the cup.

I’ve brewed a lot of fancy coffees, but this one genuinely tastes like a tart, floral tea more than a typical cup—the rose aroma fills the room the second you grind it. Bright and juicy with a clean, lingering finish, it’s worth every penny for a special occasion bag.

The strawberry and rose notes really come through on the nose before you even take a sip, and that bright tartness lingers nicely on the finish. It's easily the most complex coffee I've brewed at home in a long time, worth every penny for a special occasion cup.
