I’ve brewed a lot of gesha over the years, but this one’s floral sweetness is so layered it feels like drinking a different variety entirely. The washed process really lets that clean, tea-like finish shine through, and it’s easily the most complex cup I’ve had from Panama this season.

The first sip hit me with a clarity I’ve rarely tasted—this washed Gesha from Elida is almost tea-like in its precision. I brewed it in a pour-over and the aroma alone made me slow down. It’s expensive, but for a coffee tied to that Best of Panama pedigree, it’s worth every penny.
