The fruit notes really come through when I brew it in the AeroPress, way juicier than my usual dark roast. Even my second cup tasted just as clean as the first, no bitterness at all.

I brewed this as a pour-over and got a really clean, bright cup with a lingering finish that surprised me. Normally I stick to darker roasts, but this one's worth the switch. Already planning to order another bag before this one runs out.

The first sip had this syrupy, almost floral thing going on that I couldn't place, and by the second cup I was hooked. It's a lighter roast than I usually buy, but it holds up fine with a splash of oat milk.
