I brewed this as a pour-over and got this clean, almost tea-like cup with a soft citrus finish that lingers. Washed coffees can taste flat sometimes, but this one stays bright from the first sip to the last. Genuinely one of the better bags I've opened this year.

The washed processing gives it a refined, almost floral delicacy that I didn't expect from a coffee named Destroyer. Perfect morning cup—smooth and complex without any bitterness.

That washed process really keeps things clean, so you get that delicate floral thing up front instead of muddiness. I brewed it as a pour-over and it stayed sweet all the way down the cup. Already thinking about ordering another bag before it's gone.
