哥斯大黎加拉斯拉哈斯自然處理

I brew this as pour-over every morning and the natural process really comes through, syrupy body without being too heavy. It's clearly a Central American cup, that little bit of fermenty fruit thing that I keep coming back for.

The blackberry sweetness comes through so cleanly in this natural process—no weird fermented aftertaste like I've had from other lots. Brews up smooth and syrupy, and knowing they've worked with the farm for years makes it feel even more special.

This is my third bag and the natural process really shines here—the cup is clean and sweet without any of the funkiness you sometimes get. It brews beautifully as a pour-over, and I can taste why they’ve kept working with this farm for years.
