I was skeptical that an instant could keep that juicy texture, but this one actually does. It dissolves fast in hot water and still tastes bright and washed, not burnt like most soluble coffees I've tried.

The florals really come through in the aroma before you even sip it, which surprised me for an instant coffee. The texture is juicy and smooth, not thin or bitter like so many others I've tried. Made a cup at my desk this morning and it actually felt like a small escape.

The floral notes are subtle enough for a morning cup but still give it that fancy Ethiopian character. I’ve been stirring it into iced milk and the juicy texture really comes through without any bitterness. Solid instant coffee that doesn’t taste like an afterthought.
