I usually drink oat milk in my coffee and this roast blends into it without any weird separation or sour aftertaste. Rich enough that I've stopped adding sugar, which I honestly didn't expect.

I’ve been making flat whites at home for years and this is the first roast that doesn’t turn bitter when I pour in oat milk. The mouthfeel stays thick and almost chocolatey right to the last sip. My morning routine is officially ruined for any other bag.

The crema on this roast holds up beautifully when I pour oat milk over it—no weird separation, just that rich, decadent mouthfeel I was hoping for. It’s easily the smoothest cup I’ve had with a splash of cream, and it’s become my lazy Sunday default.
