That Pacific-cooled mountain air really comes through in the cup — it's bright and floral without any of the heaviness I usually get from other Geshas. Brewed it as a pour-over this morning and the finish was clean enough that I went straight back for a second cup.

The fact that six Zapotec farmers in the Sierra Sur grew this coffee makes every cup feel meaningful. It brews with a clean, delicate sweetness that lingers nicely after each sip. Definitely ordering another bag before this one runs out.
