The cherry note really comes through on the first sip, and that honey finish lingers just long enough to make you want another cup. I've been brewing it as a pour-over and it's easily the most interesting coffee in my rotation right now.

I opened the bag and knew this wasn't your average roast—the smell alone hints at that winey character, and the honey finish lingers on my tongue well after the last sip. The cherry comes through bright but not sour, making for a cup that feels special without needing any sugar.

The cherry note is so pronounced it almost tastes like a fancy juice, but the honey finish keeps it grounded and complex. I brewed it as a pour-over and the winey character really came through, even after it cooled a bit. Easily the most interesting bag I've had this month.
