Bought this on a whim and it's genuinely the most complex cup I've had this year—the aroma alone tells you it's from someone who cares about every step. Knowing it's from a third-generation Huila grower who's pushing for quality over tradition makes it worth every penny.

The peach and jasmine notes really come through when I grind it a bit coarser for my drip machine. Knowing it's grown by a third-generation farmer in Huila makes the morning cup feel a little more special. Already ordered a second bag.

The Huila region really shows in the cup, bright and clean with a tea-like finish I wasn't expecting from a washed gesha. Only knock is the roast date was a bit older than I'd like for the price, but it still brewed up beautifully in my pour-over.
