The floral notes really come through in a pour-over, way more delicate than the darker roasts I usually buy. It's a washed Ethiopian, so the cup stays bright and juicy without any bitterness at the end. Easily the best bag I've opened this year.

Every morning I brew this and the juicy texture makes it feel less like a standard cup and more like a treat, even black. The delicate florals linger nicely as it cools, which I didn't expect from a washed Ethiopian. Already ordered a second bag before the first ran out.
