The Chiroso variety is new to me and it's such a clean cup — jasmine on the nose with a syrupy body once it cools. I brewed it as a pour-over and the sweetness just kept lingering on the finish.

The fruit-forward sweetness really comes through in the cup—it's bright and juicy without any sharpness. I brewed it as a pour-over and the Chiroso variety's complexity made each sip interesting from start to finish. This second release from the farm lives up to the first.

This is my second time buying from this farm and the Chiroso varietal really stands out—clean, sweet, and surprisingly complex for a washed process. Brewed a V60 this morning and the cup stayed vibrant even as it cooled, which I don't always get from Colombian lots. Definitely stocking up before it'
