As someone who somehow burns coffee every single morning, having a shelf-stable concentrate that's ready to pour is a total game changer. Just stir it into hot water and it tastes like a proper pour-over, no fuss.

Tossed a pouch in my backpack for a camping trip and it made a genuinely solid cup with just hot water. No bitterness, and the fact that it's shelf-stable means I can keep a few stashed at the office for the 3pm slump.

I was skeptical about liquid concentrate coffee, but this actually tastes like a proper pour-over. I keep a bottle in my desk drawer and a splash in hot water gets me through the 3pm slump without a trip to the cafe.
