The collab aspect made me curious but the cup itself is what sold me — smooth, low bitterness, easy to drink black. Been brewing it every morning for a week and it's quietly become my favorite bag in the cupboard.

The sourcing on this one is noticeably better than the usual grocery beans I buy. Clean cup, no bitterness even when I oversteep it on a rushed morning. Nice to see two roasters actually teaming up instead of just slapping a label on it.

I didn't expect a collaboration coffee to taste this balanced, but the medium roast pulls off caramel and citrus without either one dominating. It's become my default morning cup, and I'm already on my second bag.
