Ethiopia Agaro Yukro G1

The Agaro region's early harvest really shows in the cup — I got a bright, juicy cup with a clean finish that I wasn't expecting from a washed Ethiopian. It's my first time trying a coffee from this specific area and I'm already planning to order more.

I brewed this as a pour-over and got a really clean cup with a lingering sweetness I wasn't expecting. The fact that it comes from smallholders in Wanja Kersa makes it feel a little more special. Already halfway through the bag.

The Agaro region beans have this bright, almost tea-like quality I wasn't expecting from an Ethiopian coffee. Been brewing it as pour-over all week and the citrus notes really come through without any bitterness.
