黑瑪瑙特級抹茶

I've been drinking this whisked into plain hot water every morning and the umami is noticeably deeper than the grocery-store stuff I used before. The Yabukita keeps it from getting bitter even when I accidentally use water that's a bit too hot.

The Saemidori in this blend gives it a natural sweetness that I didn't have to add sugar to. I've been making it as a cold latte every morning and it still whisks smooth without clumps. Genuinely the freshest ceremonial matcha I've had outside of Kyoto.

I whisked this into a plain bowl of hot water and got almost no bitterness, just a soft sweetness I wasn't expecting from a matcha. The blend of Okumidori and Saemidori really shows in how smooth it drinks.
