Koffeinfritt Colombia Inzá San Antonio - Endast kaffe

Been hunting for a decaf that doesn't taste like an afterthought, and this washed Colombian from Inzá actually holds up—medium body, a little caramel sweetness, none of that flat cardboard finish. I brew it in the evenings and sleep fine.

I drink this every night after dinner, and it still tastes like real coffee instead of the flat, papery decaf I used to tolerate. The washed process keeps it clean and smooth, and I can actually pick up a little sweetness from the Inzá lot.

I was skeptical that a decaf could taste this full, but the Inzá lot actually holds its own with a nice caramel sweetness. It's washed, so the cup stays clean instead of tasting flat the way most decafs do.
