We take a fresh washed offering that provides delicate florals and juicy texture, and incorporate a natural processed coffee that promotes pungent fruits and natural sugars. The floral notes really come through in a pour-over, way more delicate than the darker roasts I usually buy. It's a washed Ethiopian, so the cup stays bright and juicy without any bitterness at the end. Easily the best bag I've opened this year.
