Private label is seen as pejorative, yet in definition it’s a collaboration between roaster & colleague. Defying this norm, we’ve created public label as a celebration of this partnership. A public arm in arm product uniting two brands in financial friendship. This coffee was uniquely sourced, roasted & defined in partnership with Squibb.

The whole-bean bag smelled incredible the second I opened it, and the roast date stamped on the back was only four days old. Brewed it as a pour-over and got a clean, sweet cup with zero bitterness.

Roasting is spot-on — balanced enough for my morning pour-over but bold enough to stand up to milk. The whole "public label" concept actually makes me feel connected

The whole-bean coffee smelled incredible the second I opened the bag, and the crema on my espresso was thick and rich. You can tell the roaster and the team behind it actually cared about this one.
