Delta Spirit is a highly developed roast that conveys a flavor profile that we intentionally designed to work well with milk. Cream and plant based beverages mix with ease, creating a rich, decadent flavor. It involves a natural, sugar-dense coffee that binds to the fats and creates multiple complex caramelized notes during the roasting process. Look for dark chocolate and undertones of thick winey berries. Enjoy as drip or espresso.

I usually drink my espresso straight, but this blend really shines with oat milk — it cuts through without getting sour or thin. The roast is dark enough to taste chocolatey but not burnt, and it pulls a thick crema every time.

My go-to order at cafes is a flat white, so I was curious if this could match that at home. It absolutely does—the flavor profile works perfectly with oat milk and turns every cup into something genuinely decadent.

I've been pulling this as a latte base for two weeks and it cuts through oat milk without going bitter. My usual beans get lost once I add milk, but this one stays rich and chocolatey to the last sip.
