I usually stick to espresso but this washed gesha pulled so clean I didn't even need milk. Twenty grams in, about 40 out, and the cup was still floral without any bitterness.

Brewed this as a pour-over this morning and the sweetness came through so cleanly, even without milk. The 10oz bag is perfect for trying it, and it worked beautifully for espresso too the next day. Probably the most floral cup I've had all year.
