Seasonal East Africa - (PRODUCT)RED

I've been drinking a lot of washed Ethiopians lately and this one from the Bensa station is noticeably cleaner in the cup. The Sidama highlands profile shows up as a bright citrus note up front, then softens into something almost tea-like as it cools. My pour-over at 1:16 nailed it on the first try.

The elevation really comes through in this cup—it’s clean and bright without any harshness. I brewed it as a pour-over and got a sweet, tea-like finish that lasted long after each sip. This one’s earned a permanent spot in my morning rotation.
