This is the darkest roast I've tried in a while and it's exactly what I wanted for my morning espresso. No burnt bitterness, just that deep European style cup that holds up with a splash of cream.

I've been craving that old-world, darker roast profile and this hits the spot perfectly. It's bold without being bitter, and the aroma alone makes the whole kitchen smell like a proper European café. Just brewed a pot this morning and I'm already looking forward to tomorrow's cup.

The deep, traditional European roast is exactly what my espresso machine needed—the darker profile holds up beautifully in milk drinks without turning bitter. This is the kind of coffee that makes you slow down and savor the cup.
