ココナッツクリーム

Finally found a cream that blends smoothly into hot coffee without any separation. The can format makes it easy to store on our cafe shelf without taking up too much space.

I needed a bulk option for the cafe, and this canned cream mixes well without clumping. It's a tiny bit thinner than I'd like for lattes, but for the price and convenience, it works perfectly.

It works fine for what it is, though I wish the can were a bit bigger for our daily volume. The coffee flavor comes through nicely, but it's a bit sweeter than I expected for a cafe-style creamer.
