Joseph ★★★★★

I’m enjoying the balance of the nutty toasted rice with the mellow sencha—it’s not too grassy or bitter. The leaves brew a pale golden cup that smells like a cozy kitchen. Perfect for a calm afternoon.

Ryan M. ★★★★★

The toasted rice gives this genmaicha a wonderfully toasty, savory aroma that fills the room as it steeps. The sencha base from Kyoto is smooth and grassy underneath, making for a perfectly balanced cup. It’s become my go-to morning brew for a gentle caffeine lift.

Christopher A. ★★★★★

I've been brewing this with a slightly cooler water than I usually use for green tea, and the sencha flavor comes through beautifully without any bitterness. The toasted rice adds a comforting, savory note that makes it perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up.
