Smiley 1972 Blend - 5lbs - Wholesale

Been pulling this as espresso for two weeks and it's forgiving enough that even my sloppy shots taste balanced, with a nice fruity edge from the Ethiopian beans. The Colombian side keeps it sweet enough that I don't need to add anything. Splitting a 5lb bag with two coworkers and we're all happy.

The 5lb bag is a serious amount of coffee, but it's worked out great for our office setup since we go through it fast. As a filter brew it's smooth and clean, and the Colombia/Ethiopia mix gives it a nice balance.

Bought this for our office drip machine and it's been a hit all week. The Colombian and Ethiopian mix makes a surprisingly smooth cup, not too acidic even when we brew it strong. Grind's a touch inconsistent but honestly for the price on 5lbs I'm not complaining.
