The L58E group with the Pagaia paddle gives me way more control over the shot than my old machine ever did, and I'm finally pulling consistent doubles every morning. The wood finishes are a nice touch too, feels solid on the counter without being bulky.

Dialing in light roasts got way easier once I started using the flow control paddle on the group head. The pump pressure stays rock steady through the whole shot, which I never got from my old machine. Pulling two doubles back to back at 7am and it doesn't even flinch.

The wooden accents on this machine are genuinely gorgeous in person, way nicer than photos suggest. I've been pulling shots back to back and the group stays rock steady temp-wise, no guessing needed.
