I was expecting mostly sweet, but the caramel undertone sneaks in right after the fruit hits, and it's such a nice balance. The milk keeps it creamy without burying the cacao. Been rationing the bar because I don't want it to run out.

The cacao from Coimbatore really shines through—that bright fruitiness hits first, then the milk and caramel settle in smooth. I finished half the bar in one sitting without even noticing, it's that easy to keep nibbling.

I wasn't expecting the caramel undertones to come through so clearly against the milk chocolate, but they really do. The cacao's bright fruitiness lingers nicely on the finish, making it feel more complex than your average bar. Already eyeing my next order.
