The mocha flavor is spot on, rich coffee and deep cacao without either one drowning the other. I've been eating it with my afternoon espresso and it's dangerously good.

Broke off a square after dinner and the coffee-cacao balance is spot on, not one note overpowering the other. The bar snaps with a clean, sharp break and melts slowly enough that you can really taste the mocha developing. Already thinking about which night I'll have another piece.

The balance here is spot on—the coffee comes through bold without drowning out the cacao, like two roasts finishing each other’s sentence. I’ve been snapping off a square with my morning espresso and it’s become a ritual I actually look forward to.
