The Colombia-Ethiopia combo really comes through as a clean, bright cup with a hint of fruit. Ordered a few bags for the office and it's been disappearing fast, even the folks who usually add cream are drinking it black.

We've been running this on our drip machine at the office and the Ethiopian side really comes through—floral and a little fruity without being sour. As a two-origin Colombia and Ethiopia blend it stays smooth even when someone lets the pot sit too long.

Switched our espresso setup over to this blend last month and the shots pull consistently sweet with a nice berry note from the Ethiopian side. The Colombian base keeps it from getting too bright, so it works straight or with milk. Dialing in took maybe two tries, which never happens.
