Toddy 상업용 버킷 (콜드 브루)

I've been using this bucket for about three weeks now and the thick walls really hold the temperature steady during the overnight steep. Cleanup is easier than I expected since the wide opening lets me reach every corner with a sponge. Definitely a step up from my old plastic pitcher setup.

This thing is built like a tank — the heavy-duty plastic feels like it can handle daily cafe abuse without cracking. I brewed my first batch and the capacity is perfect for storing concentrate directly, saving me cleanup time.

It does the job and makes a solid batch of cold brew, but the bucket lid is a bit stubborn to snap on securely. I wish the spigot were lower to drain more of the concentrate without tilting it.
