The ceylon really lifts the dianhong’s deep, malty body into something brighter, like a cup that wakes you up in stages. I’ve been brewing it strong in the morning and the leaves hold up for two good steeps before fading. This 500g bag is going to be a regular in my pantry.

The whole leaf dianhong gives it a malty richness that the ceylon brightens perfectly. I’ve been drinking it daily for a week now and the flavor stays consistent even with a second steep.

The bergamot here is way more subtle than the punchy oil-sprayed stuff I'm used to, and you can actually taste the two black teas underneath it. I've been brewing it in a big pot every morning and 500g is going to last me a good while.
