Ozark Natural Foods (Mélange Co-Op)

The dark roast base here holds up beautifully whether I drink it black or cut it with oat milk, and it doesn't turn bitter either way. I've been using it for my morning pour-over and it's genuinely smooth with a depth that makes me slow down and actually taste it.

Finally, a coffee that doesn't get bullied by a splash of oat milk—the blend keeps its smooth, deep character even when I add a generous pour. It’s got that cozy, familiar taste but with a little more going on underneath, which is exactly what I look for in my morning mug.

I've been drinking this black for a couple weeks and it holds up well without any cream or sugar, which surprised me for a co-op blend. Only gripe is the bag doesn't reseal great once it's opened, so I've been transferring it to a jar.
