Ce café lavé de Halo provient de notre ami Abenezer chez Origin Lands Coffee. Cette nouvelle entreprise nous a offert deux de nos cafés préférés de la saison, Halo étant le plus remarquable. Avec de délicates notes de thé blanc et de citron vert, cette variété héritage est complexe dans son acidité citrique, avec la douceur de la pêche mûre qui persiste en bouche.

I brewed this as a pour-over and got this clean, almost tea-like cup with a soft citrus finish that lingers. Washed coffees can taste flat sometimes, but this one stays bright from the first sip to the last. Genuinely one of the better bags I've opened this year.
