Polvo de Latte Matcha

The Kagoshima matcha actually tastes like the good stuff I had in Japan, grassy and sweet without any bitterness. It whisks up smooth in about thirty seconds and the color stays bright green, not that dull khaki you get from cheaper powders.

I've tried a lot of matcha that turns bitter or clumpy, but this one dissolves smoothly into my milk and has that genuinely sweet, grassy finish. The organic Kagoshima source is obvious in the vibrant color and clean taste, and it's become my morning ritual. Just wish the bag were bigger.
