These have held up through months of daily café shifts without a single bent tip or loose handle. The straightforward design fits perfectly in commercial dish racks too, which saves us time during the rush.

The blade has a nice weight that feels balanced in the hand, and it cuts through steak without any trouble. This knife cleaned up easily after a busy dinner party and still looks good as new.

I've been using these for our cafe's daily service for a few weeks now, and they handle constant washing without a hint of rust or bending. The plain, sturdy design fits right in with both casual and slightly nicer table settings. Exactly what I needed for reliable, everyday use.
